My Story
I’m Kemi Charles, and if there’s one word that defines my journey, it’s resilience.
From humble beginnings to reaching the heights of professional excellence, my story is one of perseverance, faith, and unshakable determination. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, an MBA, and an MSc in Strategy Planning from the prestigious Edinburgh Business School, Scotland. These academic foundations shaped the mindset and strategic lens I bring into every role, every challenge, and every room I walk into.
Over the years, I’ve built a career that spans industries, disciplines, and continents. I hold multiple certifications — Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Scrum Master, and AWS Cloud certifications — which have empowered me to lead confidently in the worlds of project management, process improvement, and digital transformation.

For over a decade, I’ve also poured into others, teaching master’s-level students in leadership, strategy, and risk management. Education, for me, is not just a milestone — it’s a calling.
But this journey hasn’t been without its defining moments.
In 2018, I left a thriving career in Nigeria’s financial sector and relocated to Canada. It was a leap of faith — one that meant starting from scratch in a new country, a new culture, and a brand new professional landscape. I won’t sugarcoat it: it was hard. But I refused to let unfamiliarity limit my potential. I leaned into my experience, sharpened my tools, stayed teachable, and slowly, steadily, I rose again.
Today, I am privileged to lead high-impact programs, mentor aspiring professionals, and continue expanding the boundaries of what’s possible. My heart beats for transformation — not just of systems and processes, but of people. I coach, I teach, I lead — and I never stop growing.
My story is more than a résumé. It’s a testament to what’s possible when you refuse to give up.
